Our in-house designer, Karthick, develops the design direction, layouts, renders, materials, and finishes so the client can see and approve the home before construction begins.

Our operations coordinator, Sara, finds suppliers, compares materials, negotiates with trades, organizes orders, and keeps the project moving.

Our project cost controller, Farseena, tracks quotes, payments, receipts, and project costs so the budget stays clear throughout the renovation.
